So for the last year and a half Zach and I have been house hunting. We never could settle on a house and felt so frustrated until we found this beauty! I contacted Chris in a panic, needing to purchase a house back in MI sooner than expected. He immediately assisted with setting up a search and even recommending a great financing company. Having been states away, I wasn't able to view everything in person. Chris made the time to view multiple houses on two different weekends, helping eliminate most via phone tour. I was able to make a very quick house viewing trip, in which Chris toured multiple houses with me, none of which were top contenders. A house unexpectedly came on the market. He immediately scheduled a showing the next morning, placed an offer for me, suggested a great inspection company, and remained calm during the chaos. We closed on our house last week and couldn't be any happier! Chris was AMAZING! I highly, highly recommend him!!
